'Private Lives'

Very funny.

But seeing as it's 11:30 and I'm super tired, I'll have to make this quick. It was a good day. Got up early, ish, took a different route to school. Sara and I met with STA people. We're going to Ireland on the 17-19 of April! yay! I also looked at going to germany, greece and sweden, so we'll see what actually happens.
On the way to STA this guy stopped me and goes

"Excuse, me, can I ask you a question?"
"Alright."
"Can I ask where you get your hair cut?"
I'm like....."Uh..... in the states"
"How long are you going to be in the UK?
"Three months."
"are you going to get your hair cut in the next 3-6 months"
"Perhaps, I don't know."
"well let me tell you about this deal... blah blah blah.... me and this other guy here.... blah blah blah 30 pounds blah blah blah.... how does that sound?"
"Well.... at home I get my hair cut for free.... soooo"
He just looked at me for a second and goes, "But it's London!"
I was like "I know... i don't know if I'll need a haircut."
Then he says, "would you think me a bit cheeky if I asked to show you the salon right now?"

First off, I was distracted by the fact he said "CHeeky". It made me giggle in my head. secondly, he said "SALon", not saLON like i'm used to at home, and I was trying to decipher what he had said.

I just said "Well, I'm late for a meeting right now, so I've got to go, thank you though, and walked away.

So that was that story. Had class from 3:30 to five, but I got my reading done so that's good. After class, I was up in the computer lab, and a bunch of us were tlaking about theatre and such and I was like "I want to see spring awakening this weekend, anyone else want to come?" they wanted to know what it was, so I told them. Then I said "I have to go see waiting for Godot when it comes out." someone asked me why, and I told them.... duh, patrick stewart and Ian Mckellan. So then we started talking about how we were supposed to go see Hamlet, but didn't and we got abck to Godot.

Leah goes "It's kind of a depressing play. They just wait around for this guy and he never shows up."

"Hey! Thanks for ruining the ending!" -sarah

"Well, it's called "waiting for godot" not "godot arrives". -Leah

that made me laugh really hard. THen a group of us who were going to see the play went out for dinner first, to this chinese place. Wasn't bad, wasn't the best i've ever had, and the waiting staff kept obsessively checking on us. Like, every 2 minutes or so. eh. And no fortune cookie. Boo. BUT then we went to see "Private Lives" For the ost part it was really good. Because programs cost so much, or.... cost money, whatever, I'm waiting until intermission to decide whether I want to buy one. I did, I liked this show. It was very funny, pretty clever.

And now It's 11:43 and I need to get ready for bed. Night.
